TYPSY THURSDAY: PALOMA COCKTAIL

Though it’s arguably Mexico’s favorite tequila-based cocktail (take that, margarita!), the citrusy Paloma hasn’t enjoyed similar popularity stateside–at least not yet. We’re betting that will change when people discover this classy version. This recipe keep things fresh by using grapefruit juice instead of grapefruit soda and adding St. Germain to lend the cocktail an unexpected floral note. Served over ice, this refreshing drink is perfect to offer to friends gathered on a patio on a hot summer day.
