Champagne-Sorbet Floats


We know, we’ve tried to fight it too—but the pressure to impress or at least do something to Special Day inevitably sneaks up on us. But with this recipe at your fingertips there’s no need to panic or, worse yet, resort to hastily grabbing the last box of drugstore chocolates and generic greeting card on your way home.

Makes 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pint lemon sorbet
  • 1 pint raspberry sorbet
  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle champagne, chilled



DIRECTIONS

Put a small scoop of the lemon sorbet into each of 8 glasses. Top with a small scoop of the raspberry sorbet. Slowly fill the glasses with the champagne. Serve immediately
