Flavor-Packed Father’s Day Menu for Dad

I’m not a big fan of generalizations, especially when it comes to gender. (By the way, please stop referring to massive slabs of meat as “man steaks” when they’re clearly meant to be called my steaks.) And I’m pretty sure that whoever coined the phrase, “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” also wasn’t talking about how to woo your father.
But let’s be honest: The way to a man’s heart is, indeed, his stomach. It’s also the way to a woman’s heart, your dogs’ and cats’ hearts, and pretty much any other beating heart you can think of. Because everything likes a food.
So whether your dad is the man who’s impossible to please or the guy who thinks you can do no wrong, there’s absolutely no doubt that he wants—nay, needs—to eat. This Father’s Day, let’s feed him good. And, we’ve got a recommendation or two for yours.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

In my book, deviled egg is always a treat. But why not take things up a notch? This Buffalo Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs show dad just how special you think he is.

Chicken Tostada Salad

Sure, it’s fresh and crunchy, but this salad also packs a punch. This is a refreshed version of the ubiquitous taco salad, with lean chicken and chopped vegetables piled high on a crispy tortilla.

Grilled Stuffed Flank Steak

We love our economy cuts of beef, but when it comes to special occasions, there’s one steak that steals the show. Flank Steak may not be cheap, but when it comes to flavor, these well-marbled slabs of meat are hard to pass up. After some serious research, we’ve come up with the perfect grilling technique, to make sure you treat these babies with the respect they deserve.

Crispy Potatoes With Garlic-Parmesan Butter

There’s literally no meal that doesn’t benefit from a pile of these spuds by its side. It takes a little extra effort to do the boiling, bashing, and roasting that our recipe calls for, but you’ll be well-rewarded with a richly creamy interior surrounded by a browned, craggy, crunchy crust that stays nice and crisp, even after a few passes around the table.

Ultimate Peanut Butter Brownies

Ok, if dad is a chocolate lover this will be heaven. My dad loved chocolate, so I’d make him this if he was still with us. I especially like brownie when it’s nice and warm has not really solidified.
